When the tensile load acting on the mandrel exceeds the load required for the deformation of the rivet body, the mandrel is broken at a predetermined location; the open-ended blind rivet of the dome head is made of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, etc. .
The rivet joint of the dome-head open blind rivet has a tensile strength of 8000 N and a shear strength of about 12,000 N. In addition to the computer case, the rivet is also used to assemble heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, electrical cabinets, automobiles, ships, containers, aircraft, elevators and other products.
