1. Be sure to comply with the specified size of the mounting hole for each pressed rivet fastener.
2.Make sure that the bottom end (or guide slot) of the riveted fastener is in the placement hole before applying placement force.
3.Ensure that the fastening force is applied between the parallel faces in order to hold the fastener in place and to block twisting during assembly.
4.Ensure that sufficient placement force is applied to thoroughly embed the fastener along the entire perimeter and to bring the tab surface into proper contact with the plate.
