1、 Do not install carbon steel riveted fasteners or stainless steel riveted fasteners before anodizing or profile treatment of aluminum plate.
2、 Do not deburr the periphery before installing the riveted fasteners – as deburring will lose the metal used to fasten the fasteners and plates.
3、 Do not install the riveted fasteners closer to the good short edge distance in this table.
4、 Do not squeeze too much, which will flatten the head, deform the thread and bend the plate.
5、 Do not attempt to position the fastener with a hammer, which will not move the plate stably and lock with the contour of the fastener.
6、 Do not place the screw from the head of the fastener. It is necessary to install it from the opposite side of the fastener head to make the force of the fastener face the plate.
7、 Do not place riveted fasteners on the precoating of the plate.
