What is the difference between blind rivets and hollow rivets?

Blind rivets can be riveted with a rivet gun, but a cylindrical head will protrude from the back after riveting.

The hollow rivets shall be riveted with riveting machine (equipment). After riveting, the back is turned over and fitted with the plane.
