Flat cone head rivet is corrosion resistant due to its large nail head. It is often used in riveting occasions with strong corrosion such as hull and boiler water tank.
Countersunk head and 120 countersunk head rivets are mainly used for riveting occasions with smooth surface and little load.
Semi-countersunk head and 120 semi-countersunk head rivets are mainly used for riveting occasions with smooth surface and little load.
Flat head rivets are used for riveting occasions that bear general loads.
Flat head and flat round head rivets are mainly used for riveting occasions of metal sheet or nonmetallic materials such as leather, canvas, wood, etc.
Large flange head rivets are mainly used for riveting occasions of nonmetallic materials.
