What is colorful blind rivet and common blind rivet?
We use powder coating on blind rivet Corrosion resistance of painted rivets comes from a dense, high-temperature cured coating, which primarily insulates against water, oxygen and corrosive media. However, its performance highly depends on substrate material, coating system and application environment, so it is not universally suitable for all scenarios.
Protection mechanism: After surface pretreatment (degreasing / phosphating / passivation), the substrate is coated with epoxy, polyurethane or fluorocarbon paint and cured at 120–180°C. This forms a dense cross-linked coating that blocks air, moisture and chloride ions.It is different with common blind rivet.Common blind rivet is just polished to silver color.

1.1 insufficient adhesion

Will the paint process have an impact on the structural strength and riveting effect of the rivets?
Under normal processes, baking paint (including powder coating) has minimal effect on the structural strength and riveting performance of rivets. However, the paint layer increases the outer diameter, so tolerances must be reserved or the process adjusted in hole design and assembly sequence.
