Application
RAL3020 colored blind rivets are widely applied in metal cabinets, building facades, machinery housings, vehicle bodies and decorative panels. Installation Guide
1.Drill a hole matching the rivet diameter. Remove burrs and metal scraps around the hole. Rough edges will scratch the RAL coating during rivet installation.
2.Push the rivet through the pre‑drilled hole until the rivet head sits flat against the workpiece surface. Do not scratch the painted rivet head.
3.Use a standard blind rivet gun to pull the mandrel smoothly. Avoid sudden, excessive pulling force. Overloading may dent the rivet head or peel off the RAL paint.
4.After the mandrel breaks off, check the rivet head. Confirm no paint chipping and a firm, neat joint. A professional installation keeps uniform colour matching for decorative assemblies.
