3. Operational requirements:
1. Turn on the power switch.
2. Carry out the start-up test; observe whether the cold forging machine is operating normally.
3. Carry out the first piece size test, if the size of the work piece meets the standard, it can be produced.
4. The operator should pay attention during the operation, the position of the hand holding the workpiece should be about 10cm away from the machine to avoid the machine from injuring the fingers.
5. The operator must brush oil on the equipment during operation to ensure the quality of the workpiece.
6. If the operator finds a problem with the cold forging machine during the production process, he must notify the machine repairer for repair in time.
7. Unprocessed workpieces and processed workpieces should be placed separately, and the workpieces should be placed in the waiting area after processing.
8. The operator must first turn off the power after the operation is completed, and then clean the punch.
