1. The selection of blind rivets is wrong. This is possible if the thickness to be riveted is lower than the maximum riveting thickness of the blind rivet.
2. The quality of the blind rivet itself. This problem may occur if the concentricity of the inner hole of the rivet head exceeds 0.15mm, or if the rivet head is annealed unevenly.
