Installation Guide
1. Select the right rivet length according to total sheet thickness. Too‑long or too‑short rivets cause poor fastening.
2. Avoid hitting or scraping the painted surface to prevent chipping of the RAL6005 coating.
3. Do not over‑pull with the rivet gun, otherwise the rivet head may deform or the coating crack.
4. Keep the rivet hole clean and dry before installation for better anti‑corrosion performance outdoors.

FAQ
Q:Will the painted layer affect the rivet’s tensile and shear strength?
A：The colour coating only covers the surface and will not reduce the mechanical performance of the aluminium rivet. The fastening strength remains stable.
Q:What color are rivets?
Rivets mainly show natural metallic silver for stainless steel versions. We also supply colored rivets with painted finishes like black, red and blue on RAL or PANTONE request. The standard silver tone comes from raw stainless steel without extra coating, and custom colors are available for special appearance needs.
