Introduction

It provides the combined ability to fasten the product during assembly while enhancing its appearance. One way to improve or customize the appearance of the rivet is to add color by painting. Our product is suitable for a wide range of applications where color is added or matched.

Material: Aluminum Body /Steel Stem
Surface Finishing: Polish/Zinc Plated 
Diameter: 3.2mm, 4.0mm, 4.8mm, 6.4mm,(1/8, 5/32, 3/16,1/4)
Customized: Special colorful paint as client’s requirements
Standard: IFI-114 and DIN 7337, GB. Non-standard 

Features

Color Rivets, are tubular and are supplied with a mandrel through the center.

It allows two or more components to be joined together from one side of the application.

The rivet assembly is inserted into a hole drilled through the parts to be joined and a specially designed tool is used to draw the mandrel into the rivet.

The blind end of the rivet expands and then the mandrel snaps off.  Available choose different kinds of colors.

Usage

Installation is simple and convenience, but needs riveter tool, such as hand press rivet gun, electric rivet gun and air riveter, etc.
